We accommodate both stock orders and factory-direct and ensure the safe delivery of your work with expert packaging and great care. Your finished photo-art products drop-shipped to your customer’s location, a retail facility or a direct fulfillment house, both domestic and international. Ask about custom programs for inventory control and secure ftp uploads. If special packaging or crates are needed, we do that too. If you have just-in-time needs, our production-on-demand process should fit right in with proper planning.

Fine Art Print Drop Shipping
As a full-range service provider, we are prepared to complete all aspects of your manufacturing and fulfillment all done at our facility.
We ensure the safe delivery of your work with expert packaging and great care. Your finished photo-art products can be drop-shipped directly to your customer, a retail facility, or a direct fulfillment house, both domestic and international. If special packaging or crates are needed, we do that, too.
Our shipping crates are a work of art, each one designed individually around your piece(s) to ensure safe delivery. For smaller items, our TrueArt™ Super Shipper Boxes™ hold your mounted pieces safely and securely. While most of our shipments are sent using FedEx or LTL freight service, we can also deliver packages using the U.S. Postal Service or local courier.

Face-mounting is a process in which your photo-art print is archival mounted behind a high-grade optically clear acrylic sheet. Each shipment is insured for replacement value through the shipper (FedEx, Freight, etc.) If an item is damaged during shipping and we are provided with photos of the damaged package and product, we will replace the damaged piece and file a claim with the shipping company. We defer to the shipping companies regarding guaranteed delivery times.
What kind of guarantees are offered on the dropshipping?

Are there additional charges for crate shipping?
There are no additional costs associated with drop-shipping vs. standard direct shipping.
What are standard shipping times?
These are determined by the shipping service level requested and where it is shipping to. Most FedEx service levels are available to most major cities (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day). Ground shipping times are determined by location. Also, expedited Freight shipping is sometimes available.
Is extra shipping time needed around the holidays?
Yes. Currently, FedEx is not guaranteeing delivery dates, even if using one of their express/priority services.
Is it blind dropshipping (meaning the end recipient thinks it came from whoever sold it)?
Yes, blind shipping will not have our name on the label. It will, though, have our address. So, the recipient will see that it came from our customer at our address. We cannot indicate that it is coming from the artist’s address, though.
Can you add the artist's label to the package so it looks like it came from them?
If our customer provides us with branded stickers, we are happy to apply them to the outside of the package.

Drum and Desktop Scans:
We provide both high and lower resolution scans. For the highest resolution RGB scans and color fidelity, we recommend professional film scanning. Our Aztec drum scanner will digitize your transparencies, negatives and black and white film up to 8″ x 10″ in size.
